Chairman and General Manager Yang Dechang / Corporate Legal Representative
Born in September 1968 in Wanshan, Guizhou, he currently serves as Chairman and General Manager of Guizhou Tongren Wanshan Ruichang Fei Food Co., Ltd. With over twenty years of deep experience in the beef cattle industry, he is an outstanding entrepreneur who has risen from local roots. In 2023, he was awarded the title of “Entrepreneurial Talent and Rural Talent” by Tongren City.
From 1990 to 2014, Yang Dechang worked in the beef slaughtering and processing industry in Guangdong, accumulating profound industry experience and a robust network of contacts. In 2015, driven by his original aspiration—to create employment opportunities for fellow villagers and contribute to the development of his hometown—he resolutely returned home and founded Guizhou Tongren Wanshan Ruichang Fei Food Co., Ltd. Relying on his superb slaughtering techniques and keen market insight, he has led the company to sustained and stable growth. Upholding the philosophy of “prosperous industries lead to prosperous villagers,” he has created employment for over 1,000 households and distributed dividends to more than 230 households that have been lifted out of poverty, actively supporting the rural revitalization efforts in his hometown.

Huang Zhengyong, Technical Consultant
Graduate supervisor at Anhui Agricultural University, inventor of the patent “A Two-Feed, Three-Stage, Four-Step Fattening Method for Beef Cattle,” legal representative and chairman of Hebei Muxiaoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., re-elected as vice president of the second council of the Bio-industry Branch of the China Animal Husbandry Association, and technical consultant for Ruichang Fei.
Huang Zhengyong has devoted over 40 years to the animal husbandry industry, consistently focusing on research into nutritional and feeding technologies for herbivorous animals. In 2013, he co-founded the Beijing Zemuyuanyuan Biotechnology Research Institute and served as its Chief Technical Officer. In 2017, he creatively proposed the concept that "malnutrition is the root of all diseases" and introduced a 16-character dynamic formulation principle—“Adapt to the time, adapt to the local conditions, use locally available resources, and tailor feed ingredients to the specific needs of each animal.” Under his leadership, his team conducted surveys of more than 1,000 farms and developed three patents: “A Two-Feed, Three-Stage, Four-Step Fattening Method for Beef Cattle,” “A Straw Shredder for Feed Production,” and “Artificial Soybean Meal and Its Applications in Animal Feed.” Additionally, they have pioneered over ten other livestock-raising application technologies, including multi-protein technology, all of which have demonstrated excellent results in frontline farming practices.

Zhang Huaqi, Technical Consultant
Teacher in the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine Program, College of Agriculture, Tongren Vocational and Technical College; PhD; Leader of the National Model Teacher Team Inspired by Huang Danyan in Higher Education Institutions; Director of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Healthy Livestock and Poultry Farming; Director of the Guizhou Provincial Engineering Research Center for Safe and Efficient Application of Feed and Forage; Deputy Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Ethnic Traditional Veterinary Medicines; Technical Consultant for Ruichang Fei.
While at the university, I have primarily been responsible for teaching courses such as “Bovine Production” and “Animal Nutrition and Feed.” My research focuses on ruminant nutrition and beef cattle production. I have led two national-level research projects and four provincial-level research projects; I have also spearheaded the development of one provincial-level high-quality course. I have published 26 papers in academic journals, filed 9 invention patent applications (4 of which have been granted), and led the formulation of one local standard for Guizhou Province. At the county level, I have received two Second Prizes for National Teaching Achievements, one Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Guizhou Province, one Agricultural Harvest Award in Guizhou Province, and one First Prize for Teaching Achievements in Guizhou Province.
